モデル利用ポリシー / Usage Policy

GLBモデルをダウンロード・使用する際の注意事項を日本語と英語でまとめました。

日本語版ポリシー

松山南高校ばーちゃるず（以下「本チーム」）が提供するGLBモデル（以下「本モデル」）の利用条件を以下の通り定めます。利用者は、本モデルをダウンロード・使用した時点で本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. 利用範囲

  • 教育・学習・研究目的での非商用利用を許可します。
  • 商用利用や企業プロジェクトでの使用は、事前に developer@mmh-virtual.jp へ申請・許可を得てください。
  • 自治体や公共機関での利用も、公開前に連絡をお願いします。

2. 禁止事項

  • 製作者を偽る行為、著作権表記の削除、クレジット未記載の再配布。
  • 本モデルの一部または全部を改変して配布、または二次配布する行為。
  • 公序良俗に反する目的、違法活動、誤情報拡散への利用。
  • AI学習データやNFT化など、本チームが明示的に許可していない用途への利用。

3. 免責事項

  • 本モデルの品質・完全性・特定目的適合性について保証しません。
  • 利用により生じた損害・トラブル・第三者紛争について、本チームは一切の責任を負いません。
  • データの欠落やバージョン差異が発生する可能性があります。

4. 表示・報告

  • 公開物・資料などに本モデルを使用した場合、「松山南高校ばーちゃるず」または「Matsuyama Minami Virtuals」のクレジットを明記してください。
  • 大規模展示・イベントで使用した際は、差し支えなければ成果共有をお願いします。

5. 改定・準拠法

  • 本ポリシーは予告なく改定される場合があります。最新版は本ページで確認してください。
  • 本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、愛媛地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

English Policy

Matsuyama Minami Virtuals (“the Team”) regulates the usage of our GLB assets (“the Assets”) under the following policy. Downloading or using the Assets constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Permitted Use

  • You may use the Assets for non-commercial educational, research, and prototyping purposes.
  • Commercial projects or revenue-generating activities require prior approval via developer@mmh-virtual.jp.
  • Governmental or public-sector usage should be reported to us before public release.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Claiming authorship, removing credits, or redistributing the Assets without attribution.
  • Modifying and re-sharing the Assets, or distributing them as part of another package.
  • Using the Assets for unethical, illegal, or misleading purposes.
  • Applying the Assets to AI training datasets, NFT products, or any use not explicitly authorized by the Team.

3. Disclaimer

  • The Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • The Team shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disputes resulting from the use of the Assets.
  • Asset data may be incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent across versions.

4. Credit & Reporting

  • When publishing works that include the Assets, please credit “Matsuyama Minami Virtuals.”
  • For large-scale showcases or exhibitions, we appreciate receiving outcome reports or references.

5. Updates & Governing Law

  • This policy may be updated without prior notice; please refer to this page for the latest version.
  • The policy is governed by the laws of Japan, with the Ehime District Court as the court of first instance.
